We Care About How Your Clothes Are Made
At Couture, style doesn't stop at the fabric. We hold ourselves and everyone we work with to a standard that respects people and the planet.
Our Supplier Code of Conduct
Every manufacturer and supplier we work with is required to meet the standards set out in our Supplier Code of Conduct. This is a formal, binding document — not just a set of guidelines — that establishes the minimum requirements for anyone producing Couture products.
Our Code covers:
Fair wages and benefits — all workers must be paid at least the legal minimum wage, on time and in full
Safe working conditions — clean, well-lit, ventilated facilities with proper protective equipment
Legal hours of work — no more than 48 regular hours per week, with voluntary overtime only
Zero tolerance for forced labor — no bonded, trafficked, or involuntary labor of any kind
Zero tolerance for child labor — no workers under the age of 15, and no hazardous work for anyone under 18
Non-discrimination — equal treatment regardless of gender, race, religion, age, nationality, or any other protected status
Freedom of association — workers' right to organize and bargain collectively is respected
Our Environmental Commitment
We're a growing brand, and we'll be honest — we're at the beginning of our environmental journey. But we believe that being honest about where you are is the first step toward doing better.
Right now, we're focused on:
Quality over quantity — we avoid overproduction by manufacturing to order where possible, reducing waste before it starts
Natural materials — our core products are made with 100% cotton and cotton-blend fabrics that are biodegradable and free from unnecessary synthetics
Thoughtful logistics — we consolidate shipments to reduce our freight footprint
As Couture grows, so will our commitment. We are actively working to deepen our environmental practices and will share updates here as we do.
Get in Touch
We believe accountability starts with being reachable. If you have a question about how our products are made, or if you want to report a concern about our supply chain, we want to hear from you.
We prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith — that applies to our team, our suppliers' workers, and anyone else.
